Connect to Itunes after almost every restart

hi guys...
have iphone4 , has ios 5 on it. after sometime of use , jailbreaking, phone started having weird habit of asking me connect itunes message after every restart. started having problem since 4.3.5 , have upgraded phone periodicly , on ios 5.1 , irritating , solve issue hard resetting until comes normal. 80% of time doesnt ask me connect itunes. have tried searching threads on forums , far concerned no 1 has faced issue before or if did didnt post it. thinking of taking device warranty fact jailbroken effect on warranty or not? can ? thank in advance
