i've bought new apple tv & looking jailbrake (if available on new one?)

there negatives jail braking atv? have jb 4s , ipad2 in past, ended reverting standard though after month.

benefits jb atv?

the apple tv 3 not jailbreakable @ time. jailbreak going hardest make , because of may never jailbroken.
