Apple Store manager - How should I go about this situation?


so, happy see apple going replace because of widespread issue of yet graphics problem macbook pros. screen goes black randomly, often, when using discrete card , way fix reboot , way prevent use intel chip https://discussions.apple.com/thread/3191083?start=0&tstart=0.

got logic board replaced problem came up. screen turn black sleep , not wake (this has happened twice though since repair) , problem screen freeze , thing move cursor.

naturally frustrated because want computer works advertised. didn't know sent email apple store repaired computer. surprisingly, got reply manager:

name matt, 1 of managers here @ richmond, , connect @ time convenient [sic], please provide [sic] phone # , time in touch , call discuss further.

provided contact info , availability didn't receive call 4 days. had email again , reply, after manager apologized email , asked if contact me next day. called me @ 8:30 pm , asked particular issues , told me set appointment , leave notes. scheduled appointment next day genius didn't seem know talking about. didn't seem manager did anything. could've set genius appointment myself. i'm not greedy, , don't expect new computer, wanted see options have fixing computer instead of keep on replacing logic boards. genius told me freezing software issue , said diagnostic tests didn't show hardware problems.

reluctantly went home , didn't archive , install suggested, erased hard drive , did clean install of lion. within half , hour of reinstalling programs, computer froze again , cursor move. noticed screw missing bottom case. prompted me email manager again , ask if should keep going through logic boards. manager apologized again , sent email:

hi [redacted], i'm sorry here [sic] have been unable resolve issues. let me know when can call , can discuss further.

has been 3 days , still no call. how should go in handling this? doesn't seem manager involved , emails seem unprofessional , full of mistakes. don't impression apple store professional. @ least follow email saying how store busy , call me later better cutting off communication. don't want keep emailing , pest, @ least give me closure.
 

just keep contacting them/him it. don't see how alternative (doing nothing) better, maybe i'm logical own good. long you're polite , business-like, what's big deal?
