boot failure on my OS X lion

been reading few guides not sure on next.

have done following:
1. boot via lion recovery > primary hd not mounted
2. tried repair throws error can't repaired
3. tried using partition windows os, tried using mac drive , repair it
same error

try following in long run or wasting time repair hd?
install leopard instead of downloading os x lion on external hd install disk warrior (since i've read can repair hfs+ formatted disks well)?

installing new os , disk warrior have bigger chance repair damage hd?

have used disk warrior?

if not i'll try find apple repair shop/store in country if can repair it. hd works boot volume damage wouldn't go option of buying ssd mbp. try ssd in 2-3 years new mac computer then.

love use mbp until then. thank
