450mbps Wifi - MCS 23 - Airport Extreme - Anyone Achieved This?

has got using lion? [you can check holding control , clicking on wifi symbol].

have brand new mba brand new aebs , can achieve mcs of 15 [300mbps]. have followed guides , tweaked settings.

i noticed work dell laptop connected @ 450 other day. had double take. haven't tried mini yet though.
