90 Day Restriction

i have 2 itunes accounts 1 shared 1 between family , personal. had mix of music both accounts downloaded ipod, music on computer our shared account had synced on ipod , downloaded music personal account directly onto ipod itunes app. perfect until ipod had restored (long story) set up, synced music on , assumed work. itunes account locked in shared 1 on both computer , ipod 90 days. there solutions this?
