Transferring Data from iPhone to New MacBook Air

i have purchased new air college. it's great machine, i'm 100% pleased it.

issue that, few months ago, old white macbook water damaged. unusable, dead, had save months purchase new laptop. never again lend computer teenager, if family

have iphone, , while laptop-less, phone became computer, if will. have laptop, it's time move data it.

how go doing this? options? please keep in mind not have icloud set yet. don't want plug in phone , have wiped. have cydia bitesms, 3g unrestrictor, etc. , not want lose of that.

senuti let transfer music over, phoneview on other hand let transfer videos, pictures, music, notes, contacts , more. think it's $20 worth it.
