Wireless sync for Addressbook and iCal?

does know if itunes wireless sync through itunes between iphone , computer keep contacts , calendars in sync?

i'm running snow leopard no intention of moving on lion , able keep ical , addressbook in sync. can move on google, i'd rather not if can avoid it.
