so here's controversial thread. hated original ipad. found heavy, underpowered, lacked ram , apps not there. roll forward year , ipad 2 slimmer, not faster cpu 2 of them, gpu not faster, 9 times faster, decent amount of ram , plenty of apps. near perfect, lacked mythical retina display.
ipad 3 weeks away. im 99% sure has retina display (supported necessary additional ram , cpu power) , alone make close perfect. dont care whether has a5x or a6 chip, 8mp camera, lte or little fatter.
cant see how apple can present compelling enough successor looks i'll skipping every 2 or ipads in future. unless break 3 of golden rules - flash support, file manager , sd/usb slots, none of im expecting them offer.
