why does this always come up before installing app on cydia?

this screen comes before install every time. close , retry works fine. strange.

, few weeks ago, signature. , 2 month ago, third. guess error in repository, cydia decides not right , ignores affected files, safe. after while, ability fix so. until then, annoying harmless.
