[Safari] Keyboard shortcut to focus key presses on the webpage?

is there keyboard shortcut move focus of keyboard content of webpage, equivalent clicking webpage? lot of heavy, jumpy browsing , need keep hands on keyboard. work, arbitrary amount of tab presses, of times, keep moving in tool bar items , address/search field. need definitive shortcut rather pressing tab key n times.

there's no way use keyboard shortcut jump specific part of web page. however, can use option-tab move focus page , tab through elements on page.
