Passcode lock bypass for IOS 5


do guys know if there anyway bypass 4 digit pin lock on iphone 4 running ios 5.x? friend lost phone, locked @ time , concerned there way bypass pin lock.
 

not i'm aware of. i've tried several thing no success.

can restored personal data lost in process.
