MacBook Pro doesn't recognize any hard drive

my 2010 macbook pro 2.4ghz 13" doesn't recognize hard disk . of sudden, began crash (mac froze, didn't respond).. when tried reboot didn't recognize hard drive. i've tried resetting pram , other things can reset. thought maybe hard disk died, replaced test purposes 3 (yes, three!) other hard disks, none of them worked out .

i've installed os x on 16gb usb stick, , i'm able boot , browse web it's slow.

can ? is hard disk connector needs replaced or did motherboard die (don't think so, since booting usb works good)?

 

does super drive work? maybe sata controller died horrible violent death.
if case try attaching hdd sata port super drive uses.
