Mac Mini HDMI Problem

so bought new mac mini today , hooked via hdmi coby 19" led tv brand new.

screen not crisp @ all, words hard read , kind of pixalized slightly. changed resolution every setting in mac settings nothing helped. e

tv 1080p led , have going hdmi hdmi.

problem be?

 

most tv not liking input resolutions. resolutions tried native tv, e.g. 1920x1080 , 1280x720 ?
