im planing purchase next lens nikon d5100. first off i'm not pro photographer (obviously camera) call self aspiring amateur photographer. right in camera bag have 30mm f/1.8, 50mm f/1.8, , kit lens barely use.
love using 30mm & 50mm because of bokeh , large aperture. i'm looking forward in trip take many landscape (tropical trip, philippines) , portrait photos. virtually versatile lens has of large aperture , short focal length landscape , long focal length incase picture i'm trying bit far. price point have under 8-900 dollars, technically d5100 dx sensor.
there lenses recommend based on personal experiences/ownership?

for grand landscapes, use 14-28mm lens or 10-18mm lens ... have fun in philippines (go places palawan / boracay beaches ) ...
