iPhone 4 (Asurion replacement)

well, had nightmare moment @ 2 morning. accidentally washed year old verizon iphone. i'm sick understatement. luckily, when wife , purchased our phones last winter, insisted on insurance.

during lunch break, filed claim online replacement , i'm hoping have in hand tomorrow. man, oh, man sick on this.

have couple of questions though:

• will getting new iphone 4 16 gb (black) or refurbished?
• is there chance send me white 16 gb 4?
• has gone through proces asurion , pleased process , happy replacement?

whatever color had (black i'm assuming)
