How to remove photo folder from iPhone 3G?

i have somehow ended 2 photo folders on 3g, of same name, 1 being empty, , of course don't need empty one, there seems no way rid of it, , when go view photos phone wants add photos empty folder, making quite annoyance.

i've been looking on web trying find out how rid of empty folder, far no luck. know how this?
