How can I add photos to camera roll without syncing?

i have images on work computer want send iphone (without syncing through itunes because isn't installed @ work) , store them in camera roll accessible uploading through social apps.

email photos iphone's email. then, can save them camera roll (you hold down on picture gives option save it).
