so whats everyones opinion of apple stores? , staff? helpful , smart, or useless , dumb? try , push things on or up-sell?

 

i have own guru @ apple ( on phone) have been in apple store once...seemed laid out , staff eager help. walked out mm, needed anyway. find more personal service telephone, , have bought macs, phones, ipads etc. way on years.
