Apple Silent on iPad 1 crashing

it epidemic, , apple silent.
serious problem ipad1 crashing safari , other apps or simple refusing start them. web lousy reports of same.
suggest class action if apple not provide fix asap!

dear 87 year-old mother-in-law depends heavily on ipad1 communication , other essentials , feels ignored , abandoned mother ship.
apple must off dime, or pay!

 

ios 5 far bit of mess, new icloud features nice it's bit of mess.
safari crashes
imessages may or may not work
wifi hit & miss
bluetooth needs kick in stack
