App store states Lion isn't installed, "About this Mac" says otherwise

a couple months ago did clean install of lion because having issue volume level being on full upon starting macbook pro. wanted bootable dvd of lion should happen.

tonight going through app store, browsing apps, , decided see ones had hidden , possibly unhide hidden. lion app unhid, , inside bar across app name in "purchases" section says "install."

however, when read info in mac, reads 10.7.3.

what's reason this? how do/can fix this? i'm pretty anal retentive things such , resolve it.

if installed dvd (or anywhere mas) expected.

mas not recognizing aperture or ilife apps not bought , installed mas.
