Any tips for cleaning this?

hey guys! long time lurker, first time poster! feel free tell me if posted in wrong spot. anyways, took of case i've been using on phone 3 months spring cleaning , found unexpected dirt. easy clean cloth, there 1 area can not rid of! i'm afraid use water because it's close headphone jack, non-liquid solutions great! here's picture:

if had in case, dirt polished/scratched metal there. explain why couldn't clean off. @ least has character now...
