4s Slow Down?! Advice or Help Please!

i've had 4s since release 2 weeks noticed when lock phone, "locking" sound effect takes around 5-6 seconds after press button i'm wondering if else has experience problem or isolated incident.

plus, advice appreciated.

 

is affecting way use phone? if not why worry it?
