i purchased thunderbolt display 30 days after launched. display part in perfect working order except minor audio issue. issue resolved os x software update have been waiting sometime resolution , still waiting.
have been offered opportunity exchange display brand new tbd.
here question. there real benefit me exchange monitor other getting monitor brand new versus 1 have 7 months old.
issue monitor believed software related @ month 7 , there still no fix , issue persists.
should wait fix months or exchange monitor new 1 have same issue since apple believes software related conflict.
since it's software issue , monitor works fine otherwise, save earth pointlessly spent resources needless unit exchange have cost.
has price, if don't see straight away.
