Text Tone skipping when new message is received?

have been noticing text tone skips or double take when new message..... have 3rd party tones added before upgrading 5.1


else having issue?

 

i experienced well. last week, restored phone , since then, have not experienced tone skipping when text. don't know if want restore or not, it's been week, , haven't experienced hiccups.
