Innovation – Which App Store Demands It?

anyone owns smart phone have many apps use everyday. @ stage big platforms have of main apps people use everyday, why iphone tend of newly created apps before other platforms? apple first market? iphone has of paying market share? aren’t looking answer yet looking make suggestion why.

suggesting innovation welcomed on platform has solid foundation. stronger os, more focused app can on doing best. apple has faced alot of critisism having closed system, yet closed system comes confidence app work way designed, nothing can changed underneath it. believe confidence in os leads apps coming iphone first.

solid foundation within os , more secure os – more people attract create within it, platform strongest foundation attracts innovation, can trusted let app designed do. attracts developers , innovation platform more anything.

having owned both iphone , android phone (in addition ipad), noticed there big gap in quality of apps. think has few reasons.

1. ios market established not iphone ipad , ipod touch. apple had head start , it's helped them. had time design well, whereas other companies seemed had throw stay competitive.

2. android still fragmented. many different screen sizes , other hardware issues make difficult programmers make "one-size-fits-all" app. while make argument apple fragmented (i.e. iphone vs ipad apps), it's still near fragmented android.

3. android is, ios seems more polished , runs more smoothly android's offerings. not sure if affect app's performance imagine could, in music-creation apps (where ios system has far more , far better offerings).

of course, imho.
