Image Format - Embed URL

is possible create image jpeg or gif or other standard web image format embedded url? image uploaded via mail client (may any) , blasted idea recipients download , upload same exact image (with embedded link) members. ideally, embedded link transfer - , won't have code or link image designated url.

if it's possible... need clear directions.
