E-commerce/online store product that lets vendor see full credit card #?

i’m helping company choose e-commerce/shopping cart system, , have unusual requirement: they not want credit cards processed automatically. need see credit card info in human-readable form, them process manually. handle telephone orders, in other words. old-fashioned, know—but requirement set in stone.

recommendations on an existing shopping cart platform can allow this? ideally, turnkey host (like shopify, cannot this). failing that, proven software can install on web server.

we’d rather use existing, proven product re-invent wheel expensive custom back-end.

you need make sure company understands following requirements:

these lay out set of requirements ecommerce retailers must follow. if found not in compliance if hacked retailer found liable losses may occur.
