Delivered % Vs Waiting %

so here @ pst in vegas, 1:32pm, still no delivery. saw fedex truck 9 in morning driving around neighborhood. i'm wondering, how many people got theirs versus ones still waiting?
have class 8:30 in morning i'm ditching it. have class in hour, might have ditch well.
ps: never notice there many buses around area...bad
