can't install programs in windows 7

i still new mac, here today question. running parallels , windows 7 on mac. wanting install windows programs since there not mac version. (such quicken). whenever go install programs using control panel, error message disk write protected , can't written to. don't see option change disk. hope have explained enough know referring . thanks.

 

can maybe post screenshot? might give clue generating error message?
