YouTube not working on iPhone or iPad

so couple of days ago youtube stopped working on idevices. both app , mobile site. tried html5 1 too. videos take long load time ends saying "unknown error occured."

know wrong?

have guess might internet server doesn't make sense. i'm on college network , has been working fine time i've used it.

have been trying figure out last 3 days , have failed!! cannot believe apple not allow youtube!!!! extremely disappointed!!
if figures out alternative way please let me know!
