Should boys be able to hit girls?

i think if deserves hit, should hit, regardless of gender. fact that they're not male shouldn't deter that. defined deserving differs between people.

please tell think issue, , explain reasoning or quote else's.

mods: if think belongs in prsi, please move it, possibly considered social issue.

edit: guess don't understand i'm saying. not mean serious physical violence. hitting mean casually , lightly.
