PowerMac G5 Randomly Freezes Or Doesn't Boot

hey everyone, g5 having problems... , i'm worried it's logic board problem.

received machine tiger installed, tried around hour getting boot-up. turns out had re-seat ram.

cloned emac hard drive on g5 (is okay clone g4 hdd onto g5)?

booted fine first time leopard installed when touched (literally touched) plastic air baffle, froze (hard drive stopped spinning, fans still spinning). tried boot again & no luck, no video on monitor, monitor stayed on standby, didn't flash & tell me check video cable. after re-seating ram again managed boot again. , froze again.

i've noticed bottom hard drive bay doesn't work in slightest.

i've managed booted multiple times re-seating ram.

seems it's sensitive pretty (putting door on no-go causes g5 freeze. 50% of time plugging in usb port causes freeze.)

i'm hoping it's faulty ram &/or hard drive, need confirmation.
