OS X 10.8 vs. Windows 8

seeing macrumors, i'm pretty sure of i'm going hear, i'd hear people have used developer previews of both. think of microsoft's adaption of mobile os desktop os compared apple's?

 

i microsoft hopes use 1 os across multiple form factors, whereas apple retain 2 os's overlapping features used in similar ways on both platforms, unifying/streamlining ux without combining 2 oss. - both of interesting directions.
