i'm wondering whether buy "new ipad" or wait next year thats when "4g" in uk. don't want purchase "new ipad" , apple release version "4g" compatible in uk therefore making "new ipad" ole technology.
know technology changes every year , products bound old won't user upgrades each year want last me couple of years.
on other hand added in next year's ipad, siri, else ?

upgrading every year cost effective b/c ipad resale values high, if sell week before announcement.
otherwise, if don't buy year entire year w/o ipad. sure wait until next year new feature. new feature, not included in next year's ipad on horizon. it's never ending. either need, want , ipad , buy now, or don't want 1 , wait until do, if ever. don't justify not buying b/c feature might available in year. that's cop out.
, of course if routinely upgrade each year don't have sweat going missing because won't have miss it.
