Noteability Audio Synch?

does noteability's audio synch notes work typed/text notes, or synch hand-written notes well?

reason i'm asking created hand-written note , used audio recording feature small portion of meeting. under impression if press-and-hold on specific word during playback, audio jumps being recorded @ time. me...not working.

ideas?
