i don't think i'm 1 found interesting apple dropped sequential numbering ipad line. if think about, given strength of brand/product, line isn't going anywhere anytime soon, , see use of tablets increasing in future. sequential numbering, long lasting product line gonna end names ipad 8, ipad 11, etc , don't sound appealing (at least not me).
furthermore, considering product lines ipod , mac lines, they, ipad, continual refreshes bringing hardware upgrades , have no sequential numbering. iphone no exception (regarding regular refreshing).
curious if guys think apple may planning introduce new iphone that: "the new iphone" , drop sequential numbering idea product lines receive continual refreshes.
