Netflix signup issues in the UK

morning all,

tried sign netflix's 1-month free trial kept getting "there's problem card" message. called netflix customer support & seems there's issue ability verify (not all) rbs cards & associated (halifax, if, etc guess).

they're working on it, in meantime no dice...

guy on support polite gave me reasons why have issue - didn't feeling issue & vague error message going pee off uk potential customers ...

hey ho - more rubbish service ... :-(
