iCloud sync slow lately??


i've noticed email sync icloud seems slow last few days - delete on ipad2, doesn't show deleted on iphone4.

calendar , contacts seem ok, email right on - other times laggy.
 

i have issues outgoing email lately. i'm not sure why.
