Encoding Blu-ray - Choice of Audio

consider following:

- blu-ray release dts-ma audio
- blu-ray release includes dvd has dolby digital
- encoding apple eco-system/apple tv

using handbrake encode, you:

1. re-encode 1,510k dts core dts-ma track ac3 @ 640k?
2. rip dolby digital track dvd @ lower 384k or 448k bitrate , pass through resulting .m4v file?

do in case? results in better quality audio?

2. rip dolby digital track @ 384k or somtimes 448k , pass through resulting .m4v file?

do in these cases? results in better quality audio?

i have found dts have better mix ac3 track , therefore preferable source.
