all of a sudden bootcamp restrictions

i installed bootcamp last night. no problems came process. morning while working on windows side. notice have hd restrictions on usb drive plugged air. can't add folders or delete anything. ideas did?

 

if usb drive formatted mac filesystem won't able write windows side.
