6gb RAM in 2008 Macbook

i interested in purchasing ram:

(6gb (4gb+2gb) pc2-5300 ddr2-667 200pin sodimm memory)

$80 + $15 3 year warranty cheaper anywhere else i've found on net 6 gigs of stuff. folks think wise purchase or there "better" ram found on net few bucks?

i'd go branded memory...
used one... yet price good!
