VPN to Windows 2003 - Cannot see the server on Finder

hi, there.

i'm new mac world , i'm having problem not solve.

when try connect office (runs windows 2003 server) vpn, connects ok, nothing shown in finder. tried "connect server" action, nothing works, if write name of server or ip.

works fine using vpn windows 7 , iphone, think there's nothing wrong on server's side, osx lion setup.

me, please?

thanx help, problem on network configuration.
work on vpn must on different subnet.
ie: server 192.168.1.x / station 192.168.2.x
