- peter oppenheimer sold 80,147 shares @ average price of under $599/share, after having 69,853 shares withheld tax purposes. netted under $48 million.

- phil schiller sold 64,151 shares @ average price of $602.66/share, after having 55,849 shares withheld tax purposes. netted $38.66 million.

restricted stock unit, or rsu, form of compensation valued in terms of company stock, stock not issued @ time of grant. instead, it's meant enticement senior management stay company. shares in question awarded in september of 2008, part of annual bonus. when vested on march 24 of year, each rsu converted single share of aapl stock.
