imovie and editing questions...

i'm hoping can help...

have been involved music sometime, , recording , designing graphics w/ macs few years now. getting music videos. i've been making viral videos using after effects , typography , imovie works fine...

music video have shot footage, made adjustments after effects , imported footage imovie. sound , footage jitters, , audio stops , hard sync audio right. i've tried work around scrubbing through , finding need be, when export movie, audio still not in sync.

have macbook 2.2 core 2 duo , 4 gb 160 gigs free on harddrive

can please tell me wrong, , if not that, cheap option able edit video , audio sync music. frustrating!

 

what format outputting after effects bring in imovie? also, can post example of problem on youtube?
