Vhs to dvd?

hi guys,

looking convert of vhs dvd. there os x software ideal this?

, using video capture software mac. provide own software windows , reviews software aren't great.

in college worked in mac lab had equipment this. don't remember equipment or software used (i thinking imovie, doesn't sound quite right). though not particularly easy or worth while. have play through minute minute make digital , picture quality awful. unless important you, don't think worth it.
