Cant update my 4.3.3 ipad 2 to ios 5?

so decided update ipad 2 ios 5.. when tried update it says cant done cause im not connected internet, cant restore same reason, not in recovery mode (obviously have internet connection can go itunes store cant update). noticed says there update finds version 4.3.5 , not 5.0.1

tried downloading firmware , clicked "update" while holding shift , locating file didnt work. dont know do, cant seem @ all, should do? lot

 

try restoring ipad , upgrading.

if doesn't work, try putting phone dfu mode , using shift-click option , restoring phone 5.1.
