MAC OS X LION deleted :(!!!

hello wish out there can me...

going redownload windows 7 through bootcamp. (because went wrong it)

main problem when going choose partition, delete them mistake because though windows 7 ;(!!!. mistake deleted whole mac os x lion system , got windows 7 !¨¨'

, since collage homework on mac soo sad dont have !!!. please me out..

if there way restore mac os x please tell
if there way restore files please tell !
wish can ive been using whole lot time these homeworks , notes neccesary exams!!! please me out

, don't use mac missing partition right now, should not, stop writing processes , make recovery of data easier.

macbook pro has firewire, can use target disk mode troubleshoot mbp's hdd mac or windows/linux pc.

if not option, can new hdd (2.5" s-ata *) , put mbp , install lion onto (hopefully), , put old hdd external usb enclosure 2.5" s-ata hdds (cost around 10+ €).
