warranty on jailbroken ipad

i have jailbroken ipad definite hardware problem. volume button stuck case. no hardware control thing , software control works second until stuck hardware button takes over.


anyway, gonna make genius bar appt wanted determine apples policy on this. have heard mixed reviews. last thing came across 9 months ago saying obvious hardware problems warrantied no matter jailbreak condition. can confirm this?

know of on site work apple, thoughts?

 

you might want full restore non-jb before go, can re-jb once it's fixed (or you're handed replacement).
