Stuck CD

hi all. have late 2010 15" macbook pro. inserted cd today , cannot out. icon never appeared on desktop not have option of dragging "trash".

found suggestion open disk utility , eject there. tried this, received following error message:
"the disk 'wcg200v2' not unmounted.

make sure applications , files closed on disk."
ensured no programs running, continue same error.

found suggestion start itunes , use eject option there. tried well, no luck.

can please tell me how ejected without having take in? much!!

 

restart while holding down mouse button.
